Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and optimize our scheduling. Missed appointments without prior notice ("No Shows") or lateness exceeding 15 minutes will be considered a "No Show" and may result in being charged the full service price or deducted from a package. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our Cancellation Policy. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
